Almost everyday we access websites like Facebook,Twitter,Wikipedia,You Tube etc.. But do we actually know who founded them?? [Yes! Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg is a guy we know quite-well .. What about others???]

1. Daddy of Wiki :- 

                
  Born on August 8 1966 , Jimmy Wales is the founder of the biggest knowledge-portal Wikipedia.com .Started by Jimmy Wales and Larry Sanger in the year 2001 , Wikipedia contains more than 1 crore pages in 262 languages! The Hindi-Wikipedia, which came in existence in 2003 , presently consists of more than 57,000 pages! Any internet user can read articles, add articles or even edit the older ones! Wikipedia has become the most-used online information-portal all over the world ! 
2. The Google Genius :-

                                               
Larry Page  & Sergey Brin are the guys who sowed the seeds of the search engine "Google" in a garage taken on rent in the year 1998. They met each-other initially in 1993 at Stanford University of US while doing their PhD in Computer-Science.It became the most-popular search engine in just 2 years of launching. Google was started with a mere investment of 1700 US $ , and today, it is the company of more than 200 billion US $ . It is operated by more than 20,000 workers in all parts of the world. Edging down the new competitors , Google still holds the record of the Most-popular search engine. 

3. Father of Facebook :-

Born On May 14 1984, Mark Elliot Zuckerberg is the found of the biggest Social Networking Site, Facebook ! He started learning computer programming at an early age and by the time he became 11 ,he was a master of hacking and computer-programming. Zuckerberg launched Facebook on 4 Feb. 2004 from his room in Harvard University.In the beginning , it was just a photo-sharing directory called as "The Photo Address Book" .His friends insisted on "The Facebook" and today it stands high with more than 50 crore users. Facebook now has apps,games,chat, and million other functions attracting almost every human-being on Earth !

Evan Williams is the guy who provided a large platform to share our thoughts,ideas & knowledge with everyone.Born on 31 March 1972 in the US, he is the founder or the popular sites- Blogger & Twitter ! Blogger was launched in August 1999 and with the help of Jack Dorsey , he launched Twitter in July 2006. Today , Twitter and Blogger are used daily by millions of users , including Celebrities,Politicians and Businessmen, all over the world .
5. The Man Behind You-Tube :-

                            
Chad Meredith Hurley founded the popular video-sharing site You-Tube. With the support of Steve Chen , he developed the website and launched it in 2006 with the help of Jawed Karim. Earlier, all three of them were in PayPal , and resigned together after launching You-Tube! The webiste contains more 120 million videos .From small drama competitions to big reality shows , You-Tube holds them all.Today, every brand uses You-Tube as a source for Quick-publicity.

Microsoft Reveals Its New Logo

The Techno-giant , Microsoft , has changed its corporate logo on Thursday, August 23 2012 . The logo has been changed after 25 years ! 

            

    The New Design looks all the same as the earlier one just gone are the curvy edges of the former one . This new logo can be seen in Windows-8 , which is believed to be launched in October this year ! The First Gadget to have the new logo will be the popular 'Surface' tab ! "This change has been done to show the diversity in Microsoft's products and to popularize its new smartPhone segment" , says a company executive !
